Welcome to C4 Auto Detail! We appreciate your trust in our services and want to ensure transparency in how we care for your vehicle. Below is our official Warranty and Service Policy.

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At C4 Auto Detail, we take pride in our work and your satisfaction is our top priority.

  • If you're not satisfied with your detail, please notify us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will happily inspect the concern and offer to re-clean or touch up the area at no extra charge.

  • Beyond 24 hours, any rework is at the discretion of C4 Auto Detail.

Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Warranty

We offer professional-grade paint correction and ceramic coating services. To maintain their benefits and eligibility for warranty coverage:

  • Ceramic Coating Warranty: Limited warranty of 2–5 years depending on the package.

  • Customer must follow recommended aftercare procedures, including scheduled maintenance washes.

  • Improper washing, neglect, or environmental damage (bird droppings, tree sap, acid rain, etc.) voids warranty.

A free follow-up wash & inspection is included 2 weeks after ceramic coating application.

Paint Protection Film (PPF) Warranty

Our PPF installations come with a manufacturer-backed warranty (typically 5–10 years depending on the film used).

  • Covers yellowing, peeling, bubbling, and cracking under normal use.

  • Warranty does not cover physical impact damage, chemical burns, or misuse.

  • Any panel replacements must be requested through C4 Auto Detail and inspected in person.

Interior Detailing Policy

We aim to restore your interior as close to new as possible:

  • Stain and odor removal is not guaranteed but we use industry-best equipment and chemicals.

  • For extreme conditions (mold, vomit, pet mess), additional charges and disclaimers may apply.

  • Seat removal (if requested) is at your own risk. We take care, but C4 Auto Detail is not liable for sensor or electrical issues post-removal.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

  • We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required for premium services (PPF, ceramic coating).

  • No-call/no-show may result in being charged the full service fee or being declined future bookings.

Weather Policy (Mobile Service)

  • For mobile appointments, we reserve the right to reschedule due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions.

  • If you can provide a garage or covered space, we may still complete the job as planned.

Damage & Liability Disclaimer

  • We are fully insured and treat every vehicle with the highest care and respect.

  • However, we are not liable for pre-existing issues, mechanical failures, or previously weakened materials that may worsen during cleaning (ex: brittle trim, old seals, or worn upholstery).

  • Please remove all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. C4 Auto Detail is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings left in the vehicle.
