How C4 Auto Detailing collects, uses and protects your information.
Who we are
C4 Auto Detailing is the trade name of C4 Mobile Detailing LLC, a Virginia company (“we”). We provide auto detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating and window tint services in Winchester, Virginia and nearby areas. Our address is 130-2 Imboden Drive, Winchester, VA 22603. Information we collect
We collect what you give us when you request a quote, book an appointment, contact us or use our forms:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- Your vehicle’s year, make and model, and the services you want
- Your timeframe, notes, and any photos you send
- Appointment dates and times
- Payment details, which you enter through Urable, our scheduling and payments system, and which are saved there with its payment processor. We do not take card numbers by email, text or on paper, and we do not store them on this website.
We also receive basic technical data when you visit, such as your browser type and the pages you view, through our website host and the tools listed below.
How we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a quote and schedule your appointment
- To contact you about your request by phone, email or, where you have allowed it, text message
- To perform and invoice your work, and to follow up on it
- To run and secure our website and prevent spam
- To keep records we are required to keep for legal and tax reasons
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use service providers that help us run the business. They handle your information under their own privacy terms:
- Urable, for customer records, forms, scheduling and card payments. Information you enter in our quote and booking forms, and your payment details, go directly to Urable.
- Google, for email, phone and text service
- Elfsight, to display customer reviews on this site
- Cloudflare, for website delivery and security
- Urable’s payment processor, to take card payments
- Other tools and providers we use behind the scenes to run our website, business and communications, such as hosting, security, software and storage tools. These providers may change over time.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights or safety.
Text messages and email
Our forms include boxes for appointment reminders and for offers by text or email. Agreeing is never required to get a quote or service. We use text messages for appointment confirmations and reminders and to reply to people who contacted us. We do not currently send promotional texts or marketing email. If that changes, we will update this page and every marketing message will include a way to opt out. See our SMS Terms for details.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visitors. It does not use cookies, and it does not collect your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into a form. We use no advertising tools and no session recording. We do not track you across other websites, and we do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals because there is no common standard for them. Two features load from other companies and may set their own cookies: the review display (Elfsight) and our quote and booking forms (Urable). You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the forms may not work.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and inquiry records for as long as we need them for our business, legal and tax purposes, and longer if the law requires. Photos used in our marketing stay up until you ask us to remove them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email c4autodetailform@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep records the law requires us to keep. We treat requests the same way no matter where you live. If you disagree with our answer, reply and the owner will review it.
Children
Our services and this site are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Please do not send payment card numbers by email, text or through our forms. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.
