What to expect if you agree to receive text messages from us.
Who sends them
Text messages come from C4 Auto Detailing (C4 Mobile Detailing LLC) in two ways:
- Before you book: when you send us a quote request or inquiry, we may reply or follow up by text from our business number, (571) 248-1825. These are individual messages from our team, not automated.
- After you book: appointment confirmations and reminders are sent automatically by our scheduling system, Urable.
What we send
- Replies to your inquiry and follow-up about your quote
- Appointment confirmations and reminders for a booked job
- Updates about your job
We only text people who contacted us or booked with us. We do not currently send promotional texts.
How you agree
Our quote form and our consultation booking form each show two boxes:
- “I would like to receive automated appointment reminders via SMS/email”
- “I would like to receive exclusive offers via SMS/email”
Both boxes are checked by default by our booking software. You can uncheck either one before you submit. Agreeing to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can get a quote or book a consultation with both boxes unchecked. If you give us your number and ask us a question, we may reply by text.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages, and the offers box does not change that. If we ever start, we will ask for your separate consent first.
Frequency
About 2 to 4 messages per month, depending on your appointment activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
Opt out and help
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact c4autodetailform@gmail.com or (571) 248-1825. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation and then no more. To stop emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Stopping offers does not affect a quote or appointment you already have.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your data
We do not sell or share your phone number or text consent with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
